Effective and convenient
Overall, it's a great product. Cooking vegetables has never been easier! and healthy. You simply put the food in the steamer, set the timer and proceed to your next meal preparation. Vegetables always come out perfect every time without having to constantly check.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I was a little disappointed, because I thought the compartments were made of glass, not plastic.

Not too bad
The steamer is easy to use however, the time given to steam veggies is a little off. The veggies were over cooked in my opinion. The instructions were very minimal.

Great product, plenty of space for different foods; preset times cook vegetables to a crunchy stage - i.e. perfectly.

Looks great
I have only used it a few time but not impressed with it. The bottoms come out I supposed the thought behind that would be easier cleaning. However they do not go back in all that securely. The different tiers are numbered so if you want to use the larger number 3 bin you have to use them all as the bottom one is fitted for the bottom steamer. Cooks ok not the thrills I had from my last steamer.

Looks good
The unit has lots of parts that can break easily. The manufacturer does not include a parts list for replacement parts. The paperwork does not include and telephone number to call them about possible parts. I googled the company and found an email address which they do not answer. I guess if you break a part you glue it and hope it doesn't look too bad. The problem maybe the fragile spacers and tray bottom between layers these are think and long. I hope this isn't another throw it in the landfill it ain't worth fixin.

Stainless steel food steamer
Lids are very flimsy looking, and difficult to stack up to store. If lids are made better, it would have been a better product, but it steams well.
