I am very pleased with this rug. I originally bought this rug for my foyer but found that it was too small. Instead, I'm using it in my kitchen near my sink. It has a nice backing that prevents skidding. The colors compliment my kitchen nicely. I would highly recommend this rug!

I love these valances even though I had to order 3 of them and sew them together to get the full look I wanted. The size of the grommet looks great with my 1 inch diameter rods. I also love the Java color which looks great with the Madison Park Melanie Comforter Set I also ordered from Overstock. The colors of brown match EXACTLY and I couldn't be happier. Overstock.com is a great company to work with. I'd order from them again anytime!

I am so pleased with this rug! It's VERY hard to find longer runners, so I felt I didn't have many options. I was anxious when the package arrived (in just 3 days with standard shipping:-), but as soon as I started to unroll it, I was giddy with delight. The colors are a touch milder in person, but that works very well for my kitchen. I'd say the color most different is the red. It's a little softer and less brick-colored). I have had it for almost a month and it is hardly shedding. I haven't found a non-skid product for the carpet yet. It's only a problem when the cat and dogs are playing the size keeps it pretty much in place. I've been an O shopper for almost 10 years, and this goes in my Top 5!

I needed small rugs for a particular area and this size is difficult to find in stores in my area. These are well made, lay flat and have nice finished edges and rubber backing. I liked this style so much I bought 3 more of these in a different pattern.

This is a good product that gives the safety needed when using an area rug on hardwood floors that are smooth and slippery. It doesn't add thickness to the rug - just non-skid, which is fine when the rug is already 3/8 - 1/2" thick. I got 2 different sizes of this product for the 2 rugs in my bedrooms.

I bought this as a front door mat and it works perfectly. I was worried it would be too tall and get caught underneath the door, but it doesn't and it is a very tight thick pile. I bought the dark brown color and it masks a lot of dirt and debris that gets tracked in. The backing is not non-slip, you will need a rug pad underneath it to make sure it doesn't slide.

The rug is about an inch thick and many people have asked if it came from Pottery Barn. The colors are gorgeous and the pattern has crisp clean edges. The backing on the rug is the non-scratch wool backing. Absolutely a steal for the money. I eneded up ordering 3 more Safavieh wool rugs for the rest of my home.

I have laminate flooring throughout my home and numerous area rugs. I've tried several non-skid type pads to keep my rugs in place, this pad is awesome!! It is the best I've found other than the sticky type. Once in place, and walked on slightly, the rugs just never move. I have a long hall with two 3x9 foot runner rugs and dogs and cats that think it's a raceway. These pads keep the runner rugs in place.. I love them!! I have them in 3 different places in my home. Great pads.

I like the rug, but it is only 4' 3" X 6' 1" according to the product tag. The product description reads 5' x 6'6. The color is good and the rug will be a great asset in helping my children learn the states.

First, this is my 7th or 9th rug purchase so I'm coming back. Second, You have to do your homework, price, description, and quality. The first 3 or 4 rugs I bought seem to have the pattern woven into the rug. This one does not. The pattern is printed (screen print probably) onto a blank rug. The pattern lays on top of the fibers, not through and through. In addition, the print is not even centered on the rug. The print is about 1/2 inch off center. If you look closely, you can see that the border on one long edge is slightly wider than on the other. (on my rig, not in the picture here.) If absolute unerring perfection is your goal, you shouldn't even be shopping here. That being said, I'm very happy with the rug, as my multiple purchases prove. The thing I feared most, did not come to pass: These are NOT cheap printed towels being sold as rugs. All the rugs I received appear to be quality, durable, well constructed, and backed. Do your homework. Check the thickness of the rug in the specs. Check if it is hand knotted/woven/whatever. Shop the price. If you like the look, the feel, the price, don't hesitate to buy here. I needed about a dozen runners and area rugs for my new place. I needed a large selection at reasonable prices. For the little I shopped around, I believe I succeeded. I could have shopped price more, but I'm VERY happy with the quality, which is most important to me. I used this rug in my kitchen. A non slip pad really did the trick. I don't know how long they last, and I suspect that the cheapest, thinnest non slip pad will do, but it REALLY keeps the rug in place on the tile floor. I'm going to try a non slip pad on the runners I have on top of the wall to wall carpet. They are not dangerously slippery, but they need to be repositioned about once a week. I'm looking for the cleaning people to be able to do it on a once a month bases. I've got at least 3-6 more to buy, and I'll probably be buying here.

It's always a gamble when you buy something online, especially a rug. I have purchased quite a few area rugs on Overstock over the years and have been very pleased each time and this rug is no exception. I needed something small for the wood floors on either side of my bed. I wanted wool because it stands up better over time than many other materials and it's soft on the feet. This rug more than exceeds my expectations. The price was amazing, the quality is great and the color is spot on. I would highly recommend this rug (with a non-skid pad under it, of course).

These are very non skid and add some bounce to my carpet even.

I bought this rug yesterday at 3:30PM and it was delivered today at 1:15PM! Not only was that great, but the rug is really of great quality, has the non-skid backing on it already and is exactly how it was described. I would DEFINITELY recommend this if you're looking for a rug like it.

I have purchased many rug pads for the carpets in my house. All these pads are approximately 3/8" thick. They provide a cushion along with a non-skid backing. This particular rug pad is approximately 1/8" thick. If you look carefully at the picture (which I did not do carefully enough) you can see how thin it is. It's probably appropriate for rugs with a hard finish but not for an oriental rug.

I love the double feature of these rug pads. They cushion the rug AND they are non-skid. WOW. Worth the money.

I have had my rug out for a week now and LOVE it. I ordered this particular rug based 100% off the glowing reviews and I must say that I am not disappointed. I ordered it on Cyber Monday and it was delivered within 10 days, which is my only complaint since the initial delivery date when ordered showed 2 days which was important since we were leaving town, so know that until the product is processed and shipped you may need to be flexible in your receiving dates! Back to the product, I was pretty nervous once it arrived because the roll was so small, but once I laid it out I was happy. The colors are spot on and the pile is thick and dense, my 4 year old laid on it as I was unrolling it and asked if she could sleep on it because it was "so soft". I have yet to place a pad under it (and will to protect the wood floor and help extend the life of the carpet), however you do not need one to add to the thickness of this rug. The backing is not the usual harsh material which literally sands your wood floors, so you probably don't need to buy a thick felt or expensive pad, you will be fine with a thin skid pad. We live in a 90 year old bungaloo, so the space is small and also is a major walkway from the front door to the rest of the house so finding a patterned rug that wasn't an eyesore has been quite the challenge. In addition to that challenge is matching and complementing colors...our wood floors are original oak with various hues that are more golden brown than what is on the market today, our walls are taupe and the furniture is an inbetween taupe/tan with espresso accents, warms/cools/dark...ugh. Anyhow, this rug is ridiculous in it's magical powers to tie all those colors together and not overwhelm. I was also surprised with it's ability to adapt the feel and rather than overwhelm the room with even more browns, it actually lightened it up with the blue and green hues (which are beautiful). This rug appeals to both genders, I am challenged with always trying to decorate in a way which isn't too frilly or too masculine but isn't bland or solid color. My husband saw the rug and said "you have good taste, the room looks great!", so it passed the gender test. The corners completely flat with a few hours and because I have a couch positioned on it, it doesn't seem to move much...but I would still suggest a skid pad. You will be vaccuming it a lot at first, so just plan on that being one of the first things you do when you lay it out. I filled 3 canisters full with going over it 3 times, after that it seems to not be filling quite so fast, but I suspect it will take a few weeks of vigilant vaccuming to get it almost "shed proof". Also, I would have expected all the wool that came out to cause thinning spots, but the more I vaccum the thing the nicer it looks and feels! I can't say enough about this rug...I only wish I had ordered it larger because now I want more of my floor covered! I plan on ordering the larger size after the holidays :)

This is a good quality non skid matting for rugs. Rugs do not slip of move when this is used.

Bought the faux brown leather to cover the old, non-matching pillows I have on my beige loveseat. These have canvas backing, are exactly as described. They fit snugly over my 18" pillows and have held up to my use so far. Came back for the blue ones only to find everything's sold out! A great deal if you have pillows and want to change or update the look.

great product, looks good, quality could be a little better, but the white looks great against my dark wood blinds. Shipping wasn't to fast either, it took 3 days to even process before they shipped, same on the second order too:(

If I saw this rug at a store I would not have bought it. I needed a rug to us use inside my back door, and it's so thin and lightweight that I would have been worried that it would curl up and/or I would find it moving around the room throughout the day. Not only has the weight not been a problem at all, but I'm also not going to need to worry about the non-skid bottom disintegrating inside of my washing machine. And just as a strange aside, my cat who never paid any mind to any of the rugs I've had there in previous years loves this rug. Maybe it's because it's wool instead of synthetic (like most door mats), but he is constantly lounging on it.
