This is the second time I have bought a Safavieh area rug at Overstock. I am so very pleased as I waited for something special for a year! This area rug is a lovely sky blue with ivory interspersed and I have placed it a blue bedroom and it looks great. It has a nice feel underfoot and I think I will get a rug pad to give it even more "spring" and stability. It is 80%wool and 20% cotton as stated on the back of the rug. It is not a thick rug but it is not flimsy. I highly recommend it if you like quality and something different from the plethora of unattractive rugs in many places.

I'd say "yes, I'd recommend this lamp to a friend," but with caveats. It is truly a statement piece. There's no ignoring it, there in the corner of the room. It's high (80") and takes up a lot of area. The design is lovely: it feels organic, its sinewy extensions wrap beautifully into bulb lights. It's wonderful how the three-switch mechanism works, so that you can in turn switch on first the bottom lamp, then the top two lamps, and then all three lamps. It gives off a lot of light. My space really needed something like this lamp to fill it up, and I'm happy. However, it is a bit shaky. As I mentioned, it is quite large, so perhaps that is inevitable. Still, I wouldn't want this lamp if I had small children or rambunctious dogs.

-Received the rug in 2 days! Wrapped in 3 layers of thick plastic and unrolled and layed flat right away. -I cannot decide if this rug has a 70s/80s feel to the style, but it is the one we both agreed upon. The colors are very close to the online picture, but the stems and leaves are more light moss-green while in the picture they look blue to me. -The rug is shedding quite a bit, but I've never owned a wook rug before so I guess this is normal. I've vacuumed it 4 times so far and it has filled the canister each time.

The curtain is high quality even though it is not lined but the tailor work makes it look like lined. It does block out more sun than the other curtains I bought from local department store (with lined). The reason I return it because 1) the color is kind of darker than I expected. I expect a more neutral color tone that will be easy to match with our furniture and 2) it only has 3 inches back tab. I'm only interested with curtains that can be hung with hooks. If you are looking for something that does black out this one can only be considered 80% of the effect. I also order the ***** stripes series and that definitely blocks out 100%.

This is my third Varaluz purchase and I am a new fan of the brand. I put this in our dining room and it has a modern, elegant, clean presence. The glass fixtures look pretty both on and off. It is a smaller piece, but our room is smaller as well and it fills the space. Easy assembly and fast installation. It takes 3 100W bulbs, so it gives off a tremendous amount of light. I have been replacing the 80's brass light fixtures in our house and it is such a relief to have this light in place -- the dark chrome and mercury glass are an instant update and really make the room feel comfortable and modern. Great brand if you like something a little different than the rest!

I searched for curtains for 3 years. I refused to pay *****prices. One panel with them in what I wanted was $80. I got 2 panels for less than $** here. I got my daughter-in-law to help me put them up. I talked about prices as we were standing on chairs trying to get them up. When the doorbell rang for a delivery to my house I answered the door. When I got back she wasnt there. I called to her and the kids said, "Grandma, Mommy is on the computer". You guessed it, she was ordering the curtains!!! They are awesome. and they block out all the light. I sleep in the day so I needed them. An excellent buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The MAIN reason I bought these was for the COLOR. Second reason was blackout feature and the thermal feature was an extra. Pros: (1) Color is a much prettier blue than most other blue curtains out there. This is good if you really like a true blue (rather than teal, aqua, etc) and you don't like navy, royal blue or blues that are pale and washed out. This blue has a contemporary, saturated color instead of generic, old-fashioned or ugly blues that seem to be the standard. (2) I like the style because the lack of rings or grommets means you can get the curtain close to the window/patio door and therefore block more light. I purchased a curtain rod that fits close to the patio door. (3) Machine washable (4) Nice fabric looks elegant, substantial and not cheap. Feels nice. I like the matching ties. Cons: (1) Not 100% blackout. They say it blocks "nearly all" - 99.9% but it doesn't seem to be quite that much. When the curtains are closed and the sun is shining outside, I can see some light coming through enough that I see the seems against the sun, and it's not like I hang the curtains taut. My sliding doors are approx. 95" wide and 80" high. I have 2 panels on each side. Fortunately it's enough block for me. You need poles that lie close your window/doors to help with light blockage. (2) I don't notice any thermal effect.

I am very happy with this valance. The weight of the fabric is very heavy, and it looks expensive. The color is very nice and matches what is shown online. I bought 2 valances to hang on an approx. 80-inch curtain rod, which allowed for the necessary "bunching" and gave a nice fullness. Did need to be ironed out of the package, but I was pleased at how easily and quickly the creases came out. The back of the valance is lined with a separate off-white lining. There is a top pocket for a rod, and a pocket below that if you have the type of curtain holder that is flat and vertically wide (I don't know the name of it...it's not a "rod" but is about 2-3 inches wide), so it's versatile. Would buy this or a similar product again.
