The price was ideal for a low budget light; however, the acrylic shade (made of connected the pieces) was scratched and looked extremely inexpensive.

I love how this light fixture looks in the hallway. The crystals seem to be either glass or acrylic. Either way the add lots of sparkle. I would buy another one for the house if we had a place to put it.

It appears that there are 2 versions of the Rodeo Drive Soho Beige Rugs (I bought runners in 3 different sizes). If you go by the description which includes brown color, you will get an inferior rug (thinner) and it's 70% wool+30% acrylic. Description claims 100% natural materials - acrylic is NOT a natural material!! If you however get a version without any brown and the orange color is actually yellow, then the quality is MUCH better and the rugs are actually 100% wool. I got one runner in the 70/30 wool/acrylic version with brown and orange and the rest came as 100% wool in light beige/green/yellow/purple version. Overstock promptly replaced the inferior rug and I'm very happy with my purchase, just be aware that the description doesn't match (the pattern is identical though).

Acrylic balls are well faceted and don't look cheap once hung and lighted. They aren't the easiest to hang, but take no skill. just devote a morning to it and they will be gorgeous. i bought and hung 3 of these light and they look like much more than a $300 total investment. lots of compliments.

I purchased three of these to be placed in a row down a hallway. Looks beautiful. Well worth the price. The white acrylic base on the bottom was not bothersome as the place I placed my lights was in a darker room.

This was even better quality than I had anticipated. The crystal is really substantial in weight so it doesn't just feel like a cheap acrylic looking lamp. It's really beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

We put these in our dining room that's a combo of traditional and modern items. It looks great over the dining table. I wish the materials were described a bit better, though. The crystals are acrylic and don't have the same sparkle as real crystal would but they still look good. I'm happy with this purchase.

Chandelier is so awesome. The crystals are real glass and not acrylic. They sparkle making the entire room glow especially when the sunlight shines on it. I have it in my bedroom converted to a craft room and my 3 sisters are all ordering one for their home. For the price, this is an awesome chandelier. Little time consuming to put together but oh so worth it! This way you enjoy looking at each piece so I'm very pleased with my purchase. The chrome has a beautiful finish that looks very classy and not the dull cheap finish. I would recommend this product to all; you are getting a great deal for the price.

Very beautiful, it compares to the competition you may find at another popular stores website. Didn't take long for my electrician to install, but my girlfriend and I took 3 hours putting on the crystals. It completely changes the room. I do suggest putting it up first and then putting on the crystals so they don't bang together, but it isn't fun holding your arms up while you do it. and make sure one of you does not have acrylic nails. You can stick you fingernail in, and just slide it on, just make sure you look at the pick on the computer too, so you can see the crystals at the same time. It is heavy, 25 pounds I believe so make sure you have a box to hold it. Mine hung a little high, since I had a swag on my other, but you can order extra if you need it, but I have a high top table and it is fine. Looks more expensive then it was....

I ordered this for our foyer and it arrived in about 1 week. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews and how they described the crystals and the pins.Let me say that 1) the fixture is very well made and has a great bronze finish. 2) the crystals are not acrylic as someone stated they are glass (which I was pleased to discover), and 3) the pins now come in bronze so they match very well!! It does require placing the crystals on each stem and yes that takes anywhere ffrom 1 to 2 hours. It did take me 2 hours but I worked at a slow pace since I had nothing ele to do. Installation was easy and it really looks great in that space. Nice and bright and definately looks hand/custom made. Very unique design and has just the rght amount of sparkle. Another great value from the big O!!!

I bought 2 of these for my kitchen island which is rectangular (51in Wx 96in L). They fit perfectly for this size. Extremely elegant and beautiful. All the items inside were carefully wrapped, nothing broke. The material of the crystal inside is acrylic; although when I hold them, they felt very light, when you actually hang them, they look so much better. Definitely add a Wow factor to any kitchen, absolutely stunning! About installation: my electrician hang the light fixtures for me, but I did the crystal assembling myself, very easy, just a little time consuming. (About 45 minutes for both of them)

These lamps are "da bomb"! I ordered them for our bedroom. I was a little concerned they would be too formal or too much like a living room and I was proven to be wrong. They fit in very nicely with our traditional decor. They are very well made and the crystals are glass and not acrylic. They are very heavy and all the facets make for gorgeous colors and shapes in my room. They give off a very warm glow and I like that the light is not harsh and blindingly white. I would recommend these to anyone. My daughter wants some for her birthday, so definitely not an "old lady" kind of lamp. Well worth the price. Delivered in very heavy boxes and well packed. Good job Overstock!!!

We purchased this light for our "neutral" nursery because it was not too feminine, nor too masculine. We also needed a light that was flush against the ceiling, not a pendant which is hard to find. The outside of the drum material is a little bit shiny, but not overwhelming. The bottom of it is plastic/acrylic which looks a bit chitzy when you pull it out of the box, but it looks fantastic all set up. We had to buy some nuts in addition to the ones supplied because the screws extending from the ceiling were really long. It may have been the way we installed it and wasn't a huge deal.

This is a nice, small size chandelier. It is perfect for a small room and 8 ft. ceilings that I have. It has metal frame and glass crystals (not acrylic/plastic). The bronze color is dark, almost black. It did not take long to attach crystals because most of them were already attached, so I have do only bottom layers. However, the chandelier had a very strong chemical smell upon opening the package, which took awhile to disappear. I satisfied with my purchase overall and definitely would buy it again.

While this light isn't exactly what I was expecting, I am very happy with it. I think the acrylic disc (the part you see when you look up) makes it appear a little cheap and I would have preferred frosted glass. We ordered two fixtures and one of the discs was slightly too small for the fixture, so there was a gap around the edge. I contacted the company and received an email response the next day asking for the measurements so that they could send a replacement disc. Great customer service. Pretty good looking light!

We needed a light for the dining room. The room is pretty large but the table is more narrow than the standard table (3 ft). The rule of thumb to go half the width of the table would look too small for the room, so we got this one hoping the light, openness of it would work and it does! It took a couple hours to put it together and some adjusting to get the light balanced (an easy adjustment to spread and tighten the 5 arms out but takes 2 people) perfectly but the result is worth it. There is a black cord along with a silver ground wire that we looped through the chain. We also used some black flat paint (acrylic worked fine) to take the shine off the ground wire and now you really can't see it. For the money, a good light! The shades are a deep ivory which is what we wanted too. We used regular candleabra bulbs and installed a dimmer.

This is a product that I mulled over a while. Our home came with a builders grade chandelier and while it suits the room we just didn't feel that it gave it that wow factor. This chandelier looks AMAZING. like the other product that I've purchased on overstock my husband and i really paid attention to the reviews. They're pretty accurate. it's a beautiful piece. the negative things that i read online seem to have been either addressed or was customer specific. 1:we read that The shade can look a little yellow with the lights on but we found that changing to the LED lights resolves that . 2: we read that the hanging crystals were acryllic but ours are actually glass and they gave us PLENTY of extra pieces and little gloves to polish them. (nice touch) 3: we also read that the chandelier didn't hang low enough in rooms with high ceilings....ours are 13 feet and the level is perfect. 4: the last thing we read (and this was SO TRUE) was that the instructions were AWFUL. they're almost non-exsistent. i'm not sure if we didn't get the instructions put in the box or if they just figured we knew what we were doing. My dad installed it for us and luckily he's pretty handy but if it weren't for him we definitely would have had to hire someone. that is actually our only complaint everything else is just lovely

We got this for our baby girl's nursery, it looks great! It was fairly easy to put together, most crystals came pre-installed, wrapped in protective padding. There was one long string you have to attach around the middle "equator". The crystals are nice quality, glass/crystal, not acrylic. One was chipped pretty good, and a few other edges were rough, but they include several spares of each size. I didn't bother replacing since you can't even notice when installed. I installed three 60W clear bulbs, and installed a dimmer switch on the circuit, it gives off plenty of light. There were no wiring instructions included, make sure you know what you're doing if you DIY. I like the way all the light shines through the crystals, though it does make for an interesting pattern on the walls some may find distracting. I like the clean crystal look, there are no distractions from the frame, fixture, or bulbs. Definitely looks great in person, better than online!

While I've been always more that satisfied w/ everything I've ever bought from Overstock - not to mention their inexpensive but super quick shipping, this purchase left me feeling quite disappointed. Maybe it was that the picture threw me off - which made it appear more appealing, larger and somewhat better quality than it actually is. Aside from the fact that you literally have to put every (acrylic) crystal on this light - many with no holes for the non-matching 'pins' to go through, they did supply extras just in case. When taking the light out of the box, I found it not only much smaller than I thought it would be, but it had a really 'cheesy' antiqued black & ? gold-ish finish that put me off a bit. The arms also don't line up/ are crooked (height wise) & one moves/ swings way out of line, while the other two are fixed into position as well. I suppose you wouldn't notice it 'as much' the higher you can hang it, but this really isn't something suitable for over a dining - or even dinette - table, for that matter. I could though, see it working well in a nicely finished bath w/ an oversized seperate tub - or in a smaller sized bedroom (where I might add, would maybe look even nicer w/ a dimmer installed). Overall, very disappointed & back here again trying to find a better sized, better quality replacement for over my table. Can definitely see why this is an overstock - as anyone seeing it in person (and taking a good look at it) wouldn't have purchased it from a store. Otherwise, I loved the overall 'concept' of what the designer of this small chandelier was aiming for.
