This fan is great. While it is intended for outdoor use, we purchased it for use inside our apartment. We love it. We only need to run it on low it creates such a strong breeze. It is attractive enough to use indoors.

if you like to sit on your patio this fan is for you. i orded it on the 20th and it came on the 27 th. i brought it for a birthday gift to my self my birthday was yesterday butt i love this fan. i asselembed it in my living room watching tv plugged it in and i was very happy its not all that loud and it does move air very well. i carried it out to my deck and left it out there im having a bbq and i cant wait to try it out outside. already very impressed. highly reccomended for anybody that likes to be outside and wants to be by a fan. stay cool and have a great summer

Good quality, sturdy and heavy construction, nice style, easy to assemble. Overall very satisfactory, nevertheless the fan is quite noisy, which can be disturbing.

While this fan does a good job of circulating air, the cover and the legs started to rust right away. What a dissapointment that an item made to be used and stored outside would start to rust almost immediately. I also purchased the protection plan, which I learned doesn't cover rust. I'm sure there's some other product that I can purchase at the hardward store that will inhibit the rust, otherwise it will be in the dumpster by the end of this summer.

This is a very very sturdy fan with a lot of weight to it. It would be very difficult to blow over.We cover it with a big trash bag to make sure that the weather-susecptible parts are covered.This is the best mosquito repellent in the world!

This fan is very powerful...it will be used in an atrium in conjunction with a misting system. We've had more than 50 days of 100+ degrees lately, and it is making it possible to go outside once again, instead of waiting until October!

This oscillating fan really does the trick. It's handsome and solidly built and great for outside and keeping the bugs off! Due to it's weight, it's probably not going to be moved around a lot, but the weight makes it less likely to get knocked over. Great product!

The fan arrived in good shape. A few tools, a few minutes, the fan now sits on our screened porch. Works very nice, quiet. . .

This is a wonderful fan! We have it outside, by our pool and it is so refreshing on these hot Texas days! It even matches my ourdoor furniture! I definately recommend this product!

My brother had an older Holmes fan similiar to this one & it worked great on his patio & pool area. I was so impressed I ordered us one for our outdoor pavilion. Even with 40 people crowded together to eat, they were cool & definitely impressed with our new fan. It is very heavy, looks great, & really moves the air. My husand said to mention that it came with lots of parts & "some assembly required" but he is also impressed with the workmanship & spends lots of time after work enjoying it.

We enjoy our Holmes fan for outside use. It was a bit too loud for indoor use. The color is a nice terra cotta shade and its contemporary style is wonderful. We just wish it came with a vinyl cover because the instructions state it is not waterproof.

We recently purchased this fan for indoor/outdoor use, and it is really nice! Assembly was easy and it looks great! Only negatives: you can't "aim" it very low (so that it blows on you while seated) and it is a bit loud (although that may be because it is POWERFUL!)

THIS IS A GREAT FAN.!!! ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED IT FOR OUTDOOR USE, THE TEXAS WEATHER IS MISERABLY HOT THIS TIME OF YEAR. MY KITCHEN IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THE DINNER HOURS. ITS NOT SO BAD NOW THAT I HAVE THIS WONDERFUL FAN. I ACTUALLY ENJOY PREPARING DINNER AND BAKING FOR MY FAMILY. IT DOES REQUIRE SOME ASSEMBLY BUT MY 14 YR OLD SON WAS ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM DAD. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT MY SISTER AND SISTER IN LAW PURCHASED ONE TOO!!

Very very nice and sturdy patio fan! A long cord to reach wherever we want to put it and love the variable speeds... Feels like we're at the beach with the breezes blowing...MMMMMMmmmm!
