Was very excited to receive this product so quickly from Overstock. However, when we set up the humidifier, we set it up on the highest speed to get the water thru out the humidifier. When we changed to the lower speeds, 2 and 1, the humidifier made excessive noise. Even, after a while, the highest speed of 3 was making noise. I have had one of these humidifiers for the past 7 years, and did not experience any noise issues at all. I believe this new humidifier was defective, and unfortunately Overstock didn't have any more in stock, so it could not be replaced. I have to say that Overstock did make the return process easy for me, and I would definitely use Overstock again, despite this last purchase.Read More

A computer cooling system can help draw heat away from your sensitive hardware, using fans and heatsinks to circulate air or pumps and cooling blocks to circulate coolant.

Instead of cooling the entire house, a small, portable air conditioner cools the room you're in at the moment. Even if you have a central air conditioner for your home, you can still benefit from using portable air conditioners.

Computer cooling fans are typically installed next to vents on your computer case, but your computer's processor may have its own fans and heatsinks, which sit on top of the processor chip. Dust and dirt then collect around the blades of each computer fan and may eventually cause the CPU fan to break or slow down.
