Mt expirence
As I have stated, I orderd a brand new saw, they sent me a refurbished one. I called and shipped back. Saw was in poor condition, blade was so worn you couldnt read the name on the blade. They said they were sending me a brand new one. A few days later, I got the same one but it had a new blade. Still saw dust all over the drill. It is because of this expirence I think twice about using them again.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. poor, I bought a brand new one and they sent me a refurbished one. TWICE
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? fine, but they did NOT send the one I ordered.

Ordered expecting a new saw, this saw is reconditioned, not new. This fact isn't stated. I would not have ordered otherwise. Overpriced for reconditioned saw.
