The sink does not angle to the drain so I have to clean up particles that would normally be rinsed to the drain. I am not sure if it is the nature of the this type of sink.Read More
We ordered the sink to go along with our kitchen reno project back in May- the designers installed without any issue and it's been a real focal point of the new kitchen. The metal grate is an added bonus- I knew finding one to fit this size would have been difficult. The sink cleans up easily; however bits of food can hang out in the far corners of the sink- be sure to have a faucet with a long extender hose to reach all areas. Use the liquid Bar Keeper's Friend to clean-- it shines up quickly!Read More
It's difficult to find a farm apron sink of this quality at this price. Some of these farm sinks cost up to $1,000 and even more. I read all of the reviews on this sink prior to buying it, and was comfortable purchasing it after reading them. The sink arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect shape; it includes the protective stainless steel grate for the bottom of the sink and includes the drain. It looks beautiful in my new white kitchen--just what I envisioned.Read More
I'm in the process of installing the sink and getting new countertops. The sink is beautiful and looks great in the kitchen. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star was you have to get special equipment to install a disposal. I think that should be clearly noted in the description so one would be aware. Either way, I'm excited to start using the sink and would recommend it to anyone.Read More

Hello rutte, This sink is a stunning addition to your kitchen! You will need an 'extended' disposal flange. A lot of hardware stores carry these parts; it would be best to call around or check with the garbage disposal company. I hope this information helps. Thanks for shopping with us.
Are the sides of this sink finished?
Hello glmom2, This sink has received excellent reviews! Yes, the sides are finished. I hope this information helps. Thanks for shopping with us.
can a garbage disposal be installed under this sink without having to change the drain that comes with it?
Thank you for contacting us cindysun. The sink is shown with a garbage disposal flange on it as a lifestyle shot. The sink comes with a drain as a value added product (not for use with a disposal). More often than not a garbage disposal and disposal ring (flange) are used instead. If you are interested in a disposal, each disposal will have its own flange. In some instances a flange will need to be special orders to accommodate the thickness of the Fireclay. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
