    For the most part we are satified with these chairs. However, we must express dissatifaction with the condition of one of the chairs when we opened it. The chair was torn and we requested a replacement. When we received the replacement it was the incorrect chair. We know we have the option of returning, however; due to space limitation in our home we discarded the box and packing materials before noticing the error. To avoid the expense of purchasing packing materials we decided to keep the damaged and incorrect chairs. Additionally, we received an email with the incorrect tracking information which resulted in our concern that our items were shipped elsewhere. Better attention and oversight should be conducted prior to shipment.
