Great Faucet
I bought this faucet for a bathroom remodel. We saw it locally **** more. It has a beautiful finish and I like the fact that it is chrome with the gold accents. One thing we learned that wasn't in the product description is that the faucet swivels. Unusual for a bathroom faucet, but it's perfectly okay. This has made our bathroom remodel all the prettier! Excellent quality.

Nice looks, questionable quality
The faucet (Kingston Brass) is very nice looking, and the photo is accurate. However, when I received mine via FedEx, one of the handles had fallen off and was rattling around in the box. The item wasn't wrapped up inside its box, so the loose handle ended up with a lot of scratches and dents on it. There were a lot of parts to the body of this faucet and anything that had to be screwed on was loose (unlike others I have seen which had fewer parts and were ready to be installed). There was some sort of white residue on the spigot, which caused me to think that the faucet was used. Other parts showed no signs of wear, so I just tried to clean it off but it wouldn't come off with soap and water. Since no abrasives could be used on this faucet I didn't know how to get it off. I kept working with it and some of the white stuff came off, but there were pits and holes in the chrome finish, so I figured that it had been in contact with some type of corrosive. I am now in the process of returning it. I don't want another one because the workmanship is so suspect.

Not good quality
I had this installed by a professional plumber, and he needed to replace some of the parts with his own, because the parts that were provided did not meet city code---too much plastic. He did this at no additional cost to me, so it wasn't a way to make more money for him. The handles have some play in them, and he had to work a long time to get the stopper mechanism to line up. The design is attractive. I would suggest paying more for a more solid fixture.

Heritage Faucet
The faucet is well made and a very good value for the money. It was shipped promptly, arrived before the scheduled date and the packaging was in perfect condition.

It's only been installed for a week, but it seems to work fine and looks great where it is. It's a pretty low-flow fixture.

Nice looking
This arrived quickly but instead of a do-it-yourself project, we ended up hiring a plumber to install the faucet. He had a slight difficulty getting it to fit onto a pedestal sink. The plunger mechanism required more space and therefore we lost some range in positioning the plunger. Other than that, it is a very attractive sink and we have not had any problems with it. It is in a "powder room" so gets limited use. Works well otherwise. I didn't know from the description that the water spout is an ARTICULATING one and that was a pleasant surprise.
