I was excited to order these sheets, but should have known they were too good to be true for the price. They say for deep pocket mattresses, and that the queen flat sheet is 94" x 108." The package delivered to me says 92" x 106" - there's plenty of extra length, but not enough width to tuck the top sheet in on both sides. Those extra 2 inches would have a difference! Fitted sheet is plenty big to fit my mattress, but top sheet is too small. These also wrinkle horribly, and seem stiff.
This is my second set of these sheets. They are an incredible value, compared to the department store offerings. A thick cotton, comfortable to the touch and nicely finished. They have held up fine in several washings--recommended cold water. Yes, they wrinkle some from drying, but this is not a concern of mine. In warm weather these sheets might feel too warm because they're beefy, but in cool seasons/climates they're dreamy.
I ordered the Steel Blue and it looks much darker in real life then in the picture but it was exactly what I wanted. These sheets are very soft and you can feel the quality in the thickness of them. They are very yummy and I love them!
I decided to go for a higher priced sheet set from Overstock since I am usually pleased with my Overstock purchases and find the reviews very on-point. However, although I love the soft blue/green color of the "steel blue" sheets and the sheets feel soft and comfortable, the sheets are always very wrinkled, straight out of the dryer even when still warm. Not even the fitted sheet will stretch out smoothly. I refuse to iron sheets, so I just make sure only a tiny bit of the pillow cases peep out from behind the shams when I make my bed each morning.
My spouse and I wanted something was comfortable yet durable. Not only that we wanted something soft for our new born to be comfortable in when she slept with us during the night. Its perfect for baby and even better for us
