I received my seat covers in a timely manner. Good quality product.

The seat covers were not exactly as pictured, the covers did not have the pink stripe and the hearts were larger on the bottom. The qualty was great and we were very happy with the seat covers.

The picture lies!! I'm sending these seat covers back for a refund because they ship the other style of Hello Kitty seat covers and they're the cheaper version. The ones shown in the picture are the nicer Hello Kitty seat covers but I did not receive this. I'm extremely disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!
