This chair is very simply made and designed. The order was simple and the chairs came in a few days. I'm very impressed with the chairs and they look great in my main living room area. I did notice a few dings in the chair railing of one chair at the bottom. No worries. I chatted with online support and it was handled hassle free (working with O S customer service is painless and you get results. The overall quality and design verses price is unmatched and helps with the overall modern theme. By the way...This is not a small chair. It sits low but is EXTREMELY comfortable and great for any ones height.

I didn't have high expectations for this chair, but it's great! It's got a great modern, stylish look and fits into our living room perfectly.

I ordered two of these chairs. The leather is really soft and very nice however one chair came with a HUGE 8 inch scuff on the seat. Not too pleased with that - hoping some shoe polish might help. They were relatively easy to assembly however I am still working on trying to get some final screws in - the ones that attach the chair to the metal base. Otherwise they are compy and just the right size for what I needed. Chairs like this are usually super expensive so overall they were worth the price.
