Stupendous quality, heavy weight but not unwieldy. Terrific value.

Avoid this product. I ordered it when it was on sale getting a good price since these ladders are expensive. I didn't use it for the first 6 months I owned it, but have used it half a dozen times since then. During these uses the ladder has started to fall apart. After 2nd use I noticed a rubber bumper had fallen off. After 6th use one of the thumb release lever broke and now dangles on the ladder. As of writing this review I haven't even owed the ladder for 1 year. Ask O.co customer service f they had any warranty information or a manufacturer I could contact...I was told sorry, there is no warranty for this product. Since there is no manufacturer name, address or phone number on the ladder its time to have it recycled. What a waste of money, how can you trust a ladder to hold you up when it is falling apart!

It works wonderfully and shrinks down to a manageable size. I'm getting too old to use my old 20' long extension ladder that this was an excellent substitute, albeit shorter.

I'm very disappointed with this product..I guess you get what you pay for. I already have to replace this ladder as it has a poor design flaw that causes the latches to collapse the ladder to get stepped on and cause the latches to break off so now none can lock in place I will look for a better quality one and spend the extra money.

You got what you paid for and regret that you could have pay more or a better quality ones. The ladder is assembly using small screws that stick out the ladder. The screws will very easily cut your hands when you hold it or scratch your hard wood floors very easily. A very dangerous ladder design. For one time usage may be ok.

• Did the description onsite accurately describe the product? The description is not detailed enough and basically telling you that you are buying a "heavy duty" ladder. I got a ladder, so I cannot complain.

If you need a ladder and don't have a lot of room...this is the answer. It is more then just sturdy. it is very well made, takes up very little room and easy to put up and take down. I primarily use it to get on top of my camper when necessary. It works out very well for me. And is priced right!

I probably could have used a 16 foot ladder, but this one is so compact. It works well, and takes up very little space. Great price and shipping was very fast.

This ladder is very nice, it is light weight, very compact to store and carry, easy to extend and retract. Best of all it feels very stable when you use it.

I live onboard a 55' motoryacht and frequently need a ladder. In the past I had to drive to our storage unit to pickup a large step ladder or an extension ladder. No longer - this ladder is perfect - compact, light weight, and easy to maneuver. It stores easily on the boat and it's available when I need it!

This is JUST what we needed to get into our attic space which has an entry in our linen closet. Sturdy ladder - I'm sure we will find many uses for this as it is very portable!

For me, it meets all my needs - size, weight, length open and closed, etc. Watch your fingers when you close it. Read the directions.

I bought this ladder to makeup for a lack of attic ladder in the house I just bought. It has come in handy more then once since I purchased it. Great Product, sturdy, fully adjustable, 5 stars...

I first saw this ladder when an insurance adjuster came to the house to evaluate the roof. I was impressed with the utility of the ladder. No other ladder that I know of collapses to the size this one does and still has the ratings of a conventional ladder. Garage space always seems to be at a premium so this is perfect for storage practicality. The build quality is excellent and the design is very clever and easy to use. To me, this is a must-have tool.

this ladder is super unstable but you get kinda used to it. huge space saver.

I went looking for this ladder after my Home Inspector used it when checking out the property. The idea is sound, especially for those with no storage space. But I found the ladder itself a little awkward to use. First, you don't get the same feeling of being secure on this ladder as other straight ladders, there's a little wobble in the metal. Second, when moving the ladder you need to pick it up from the collapsed part at the bottom, otherwise you just start to extend the ladder more and tip it over.Overall, it's a good ladder and saves a lot of space, I think it will just take some getting used to.
