This unit was given to me as a gift. I use it to warm my veterinary practice office that sites on the cold side of my home in Maine. The heater is well-made and very attractive! It heats the 15 x 15 foot room very efficiently. The oak finish is very nice and the simulated fire looks real. The unit is light-weight and easy to move on its rollers. Settings are easy to use. I would certainly get another Energy Saver unit if the need arises.

We got the heater so we could add heat to a specific room without having to raise the thermostat for the entire zone. The heater works well. It is effective and quiet. It has a thermostat that allows it to shut down when the set temp is reached. I have not yet had top clean the filters but I did open the cover to see them. It appears the task will be a manageable one. So far, the heater has met our expectations.

I bought this heater for my bedroom. We have a long house and our bedroom always stays cold. It is a large size bedroom, this heater heats it perfect. I have not tried too use it as far as heating a larger area, but I have another space heater I use for that. I have not received my first bill yet, but I mostly just run it at night and keep the door closed during the day. Great for the price.

I bought this heater for my aging parents, as an alternative to floor space heaters that seem a safe issue. Mother praises this Heat Storm Heater, She says it is the best heater they have evey used. So I plan to orderanother one for there Livingroom. I purchase the Bob Villa advertise Heater, which cost me 3X the price I paid for this unit, and the bulb has already burnt out.

I am able to keep the front living spaces comfortably warm with this unit, and like the ability to set the controls for a desired temp. It works like a gem, and my dog loves to lounge in front of it! The outer casing stays cool so no risk of a burn!!

Love this heater! I bought it because I didn't want to heat the entire house if we're only in one room, and it definitely serves that purpose. It's easy to move from room to room, and it allows you to bring a room up to either 65 70 75 or 80 degrees and then maintain that temperature. I only wish I bought it sooner. I'll be saving on energy bills, for sure.

in this winter of all winters, this heater fulfills a most important function: it fits into a relatively small area in my historic house and prevents pipes from freezing: i don't have to raise the overall temperature and thereby save on heating fuel.

i love this little heater! it heats a 680 sq. ft. studio apartment so much that i have to crack the windows for a few minutes.the oscillation feature has perfect range, and it does not pause for too long/too short of a time.the only thing is that once in a while it will randomly shut off- and stay off. once was taken apart and tinkered with it started working again. this keeps happening with no warning.

I have used this heater for about a month now. My furnace is no longer working so I wanted to try Infrared heaters to see if they would work sufficiently. I previously bought a different brand and this New Comfort heater works better. My only complaint would be that it is a bit noisy but i can deal with that. I am considering buying another one of these because I can leave these heaters on and leave the house and know they are safe. My other brand says not to leave it on unattended.
