  O.k --- the absolute truth --- when I first got the box, I thought someone was playing a joke on me. The cardboard box that Overstock ships this heater in, is small - roughly the size of a bloomingdales medium brown bag. Seeing the box, I already thought this heater was much too small to be effective in any way, but then, I opened the box, and found about 8 inches of styrofoam surrounding the heater. Once I finally got down to the heater itself, my eyes nearly fell out of their sockets, I opened them so wide. To describe it accurately, this heater is no bigger than a Merriam-Webster's College Unabridged Dictionary. For an oil heater, it is the smallest I've ever seen. Its smaller than the picture of it on the box.... Its amazing to me that any company is even able to make oil heaters this small.....   This product was anything but safe. Surprised because this is a good brand for other things like coffee makers. I sent it back immediately
