These mugs are what I expected. They are not the best quality, but for $ **** each, I didn't expect "best quality" .... The lids fit a bit loose but has never come off unexpectedly. My coffee or tea does stay warmer than they would if they weren't in "heated travel mugs" .. I believe I got what I paid for. I am satisfied.

The lid does not seal very well on this. In fact it actually gives you a caution that it is not a tight seal. ????? Why not make it with a better lid? It only came as a pair, which worked out fine. But why not make it better quality & sell 1 at a time? I'd pay more for better quality.

Do not buy this product if you want to heat your coffee on the road. Get a good thermos.

I bought these mugs for my husband because he was always complaining that his coffeewas cold by the time he got to work. These mugs are exactly what he needed. They heatfast and he never has cold coffee now. He is very glad that I found them. Other mugs justdidn't fit the bill. Definitely would recommend.

These are good heated cups. We traveled almost all day and my coffee stayed piping hot. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to have something hot to sip along the road.

These cups are very poorly constructed & stopped heating after just a few uses.

have not heard from UPS or overstock recently and will be wanting a refund pretty soon. I changed the mailing address as recommended by o and still nothing.

We have purchased several heated travel mugs and some have failed after 10 or so uses. Another mug did not keep the coffee warm enough. I have not had this model long enough to evaluate its durability.

I leave the house in the morning with a full cup in my Thermos and sip on it until I get to work, leaving the rest for my drive home in the afternoon. When I return to my truck, the coffee is still warm. This is so amazing because we live in the Midwest and it gets very cold here in the winter – but the temperatures are no challenge for this cup. The other features I like about the Heated Travel Mug (Set of 2) heavy-duty construction. It has a flip top drink cover that secures nicely and it also fits in my truck’s cup holder, so I don’t have to worry about it spilling.

really works well for keeping coffee warm (almost HOT). Only problem is you MUST remember to pull plug when turning car off. Forgetting to do so will result in malfunction to the heating mechanism

I bought the mugs as a Christmas gift for my husband who is in his car all day as a sales person. He told me that they work wonderfully! He takes both with him on very long days so he'll always have a hot drink. The cups heat beverages very quickly. The only downside is that they are not dishwasher safe.
