I bought the sectional after reading through the other reviews. I was nervous about making such a major purchase online. Overstock customer care contacted me within 24 hours of my purchase by phone to make sure I understood the delivery policy and asked if I had any additional questions. The sofa arrived in about 10 business days. It was packed well and in good condition. My husband brought all the pieces into our family room by himself - with the use of a two wheel dolly. The pieces are very firm, initially, but tend to plump up after a few days of use. The bottom cushions are held in place with hook/loop attachments to keep them from sliding around. The color, for me, is very close to the picture. I am happy with this purchase and the overall experience.
the color is quite brown - the fabric is very soft. each piece came in it's own huge box (challenge to fit through the front door without taking them out of the box outside). Arrived within about 2 weeks. VERY comfortable, so much space to sit - love it.
I bought this sectional and was excited to receive it. When it showed up and we finally un boxed it the color looked qutie a bit different than the picture on line. That wasn't the biggest complaint, the biggest problem was the quality. It is made of cheap fabric and the frame seems rather unstable. I will keep this and make due, but dont recommend to others.
I received my sectional yesterday at about 6:30 or so the driver was very nice and delivered everything to the side door into my house. My husband and I inspected all the piece and are very pleased and happy that we ordered from overstock.com. Very comfortable and solid beautiful color they say taupe but I think taupe but more on the golden color of taupe. Very happy with my purchase and will shop again with overstock.
I was hesitant to order a large peice of furniture, like a sectional sofa, sight unseen over the internet. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this sectional - I love it! The fabric is just slightly "nubby" and will not show dirt or pet hair very easily. The sectional itself looks great in our large family room. It arrived in five boxes and went together without any hassles. I was worried about so many things that could go wrong but the whole process was seamless, from initial order through delivery and assembly.I would not hesitate to recommend this sectional to anyone.
