I had been looking for a new sectional or sofa/loveseat set for a month. Doing comparison shopping, visiting furniture showrooms. I took a leap of faith buying this sofa, as it is a major purchase for our family. I wanted to see it and feel it before buying. The description really does tell the truth. I liked the fact that it is filled with feathers and foam, rather than just foam. It is made of a hardwood frame rather than just fiberboard. Now that we have it, we are in love with this set, and I know I made the right decision. The price is comparable to, if not better than, those in the showrooms. Here's the details: the furniture is lighter in weight than it looks. The pieces are very generously sized. We had a little work getting the corner pieces through our front door, but 2 people did it. It comes completely assembled. You can lock the pieces together if you want. Once you lock the pieces, you can easily unlock them. I had a ball moving all the pieces around to find a pleasing configuration. My picky husband who is a recliner lover (I think they're ugly) loves this sofa as well. A good thing to know if you have children is that all the bottom cushions are removeable (velcro keeps them in place) and all the covers can be removed for washing. It comes with 4 geometric-patterned pillows. The sofa is a taupe color.

I was hesitant to order a large peice of furniture, like a sectional sofa, sight unseen over the internet. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this sectional - I love it! The fabric is just slightly "nubby" and will not show dirt or pet hair very easily. The sectional itself looks great in our large family room. It arrived in five boxes and went together without any hassles. I was worried about so many things that could go wrong but the whole process was seamless, from initial order through delivery and assembly.I would not hesitate to recommend this sectional to anyone. I received my sectional yesterday at about 6:30 or so the driver was very nice and delivered everything to the side door into my house. My husband and I inspected all the piece and are very pleased and happy that we ordered from overstock.com. Very comfortable and solid beautiful color they say taupe but I think taupe but more on the golden color of taupe. Very happy with my purchase and will shop again with overstock.

Like other reviews mentioned the color of this sectional is different from the picture. It is a much darker mocha color which I am very pleased with since it will be used in a high traffic family room. The chenelle fabric is very short and closely knit. The 4 throw pillows are close in color to the couch pictures here with accents of the actual couch color in them (and patterened the same on both sides). The couch is a little stiff to sit on (first day), but still comfortable. I think that if we sunk into them right away that the couch would quickly be sagging. My only complaint is that the corner units must have been stored upside down at the warehouse because the back cushions are 1 1/2 -2" shorter (and fatter) than the armless chairs (and the corners of the fabric are pressed on the top of the frame). I think that sitting back on the corner units will make the back cushions eventually go flatter and taller.

I would highly recommend this - I shopped for sectional sofas until I had almost given up. Everything out there today is micro-fiber which I did not want. And most have the chaise fixed so it doesn't give you much versatility. This sofa has so many options, from a super long to super short to everything in between. It's really comfortable, very high quality, and very quick delivery. It was less than 2 weeks from the time I ordered! It was securely wrapped for shipping as well. The only complaint I have (if you can call it that) is the picture depicts it as more of a tan/gold when it's actually more of a light mushroom brown color so take that into consideration when trying to match to existing room colors. Also the ad wasn't clear about it but the throw pillows shown are in fact included (4 of them and they have removable washable covers). I used the ottoman in a different area of the room, next to a wall and used the 4 included throw pillows to make a back for it and that gave me even more seating space. Overall I am very happy - as always THANKS OVERSTOCK!

I bought the sectional after reading through the other reviews. I was nervous about making such a major purchase online. Overstock customer care contacted me within 24 hours of my purchase by phone to make sure I understood the delivery policy and asked if I had any additional questions. The sofa arrived in about 10 business days. It was packed well and in good condition. My husband brought all the pieces into our family room by himself - with the use of a two wheel dolly. The pieces are very firm, initially, but tend to plump up after a few days of use. The bottom cushions are held in place with hook/loop attachments to keep them from sliding around. The color, for me, is very close to the picture. I am happy with this purchase and the overall experience.

the color is quite brown - the fabric is very soft. each piece came in it's own huge box (challenge to fit through the front door without taking them out of the box outside). Arrived within about 2 weeks. VERY comfortable, so much space to sit - love it.
