next step up in refinement
looks a lot nicer than your typical big box store lighting. very bright. glass lower parts get no light through them, so i dont know why they are there. I was pleased enough that i ordered a second. -1 star for a globe that the glass was decaying at the bottom so it is hard to get it to sit straight in the mount....

Bright and pretty
I wanted to but this in my bathroom, but was much brighter than I wanted so I moved it into my high ceilinged laundry room. The brightness works in there and dresses the room up. I don't know how easy it would be to get dimmer bulbs, i think they are 25w halogens. I is kind of hard to hang and get all the globes lined up perfectly. That wouldve driven me crazy in my (low ceilinged) bathroom, but isnt bad not that its hard to see the top of the fixture

Too much heat from lights
The lights are lovely but the halogen bulbs give off an excessive amount of heat. Also, every time you turn light on it gives off a burning smell. Afraid the house may burn down if the kids forget to turn off the lights after a bath.
