Hastings 21-light Chandelier

On the positive side I really like the looks of the chandelier. The lines are a great mix of modern and traditional. I think the size and shape will be perfect for my entryway. I also felt this chandelier was easy to put together, 1 screw per arm and I was done. On the negative size. It is not the most solid chandelier. The arms do wiggle a little once attached. I do not feel the color was very well represented. It is much more brass than oxidized brass. I ended up painting it rather than sending it back. 1 coat of black primer spray paint and it looks like oil rubbed bronze. Also, when it arrived I thought many of the screws were missing. They had actually fallen out of the holes during transport and were mixed in the box and bubble wrap. All in all I can look passed most of the defects because it will be in a 2 story entryway where you will not notice that it is a little flimsy or that it has a new coat of paint on it. For a chandelier of this size you can't beat the price.
