My sectional was just delivered yesterday and it is a great piece for the cost. It did arrive with a small cut in the lower leather but it is on the side which will go against the wall so I am OK with it. The box was not damaged so I wouldn't have known about this upon delivery. The delivery was a different story...be warned that this item is delivered on 3 wooden pallets. I asked the delivery person if he was going to take them and he said they were mine. I had to speak to his manager to get them to take the pallets and I had to offer to remove the items from the pallets to get them to agree. I just didn't have room for 20ft worth of wooden pallets in my garage to keep them. The assembly was very simple. One slight problem is that not all 3 pieces are the same height but I think I can easily fix this by adding a lift to the legs of the lower section. Overall, it's a great sectional and well worth the money.
The photo fully represented the sofa in color and overall impression. It's color as described, looked just lik in picture, no assembly required and beautiful leather. Communication on delivery was excellent. Everything occurred on time. The savings over retail were impressive. My living room looks great. It appears much more expensive than the price on overstock.
