this is NOT a quick clean process, you will need at least an hour still to vacuum and then clean floor with wet option. easy to use, easy to clean, would say the floor is slighty wet in certain spots just from user issues not seeing all the wet spots to mop up. it does mop wet well for small clean up. but if you spilled say spaghetti sauce, you can't use this. you'll have to wipe up a big mess first, then go over it with this. overall -- easy enough to use and set up is 5 min. woudl recommend for small maintanance cleanign vs large messy dirty jobs

Just used the WOCA system to stain and seal hardwood floors; needed a buffer that I could handle and this one worked great! Would recommend to anyone!

This was easy to use and did a good job on our stained concrete floors here at the office. I'm still looking for the best product to use with it to give the best shine, but the buffer did a great with what I had to use. It is very light weight and easy to maneuver. The pads are easy to change for different applicaitons. It is quiet, too.

I was excited to see this product on sale. I was anxious all day for it to arrive from UPS. I was like a kid on Christmas because I HATE HATE HATE sweeping/mopping my entire first floor. I got the package and thought, the packaging looks rough and cut open. "Oh well," I think. I open the box and start to take things out of the box to find that this is OBVIOUSLY a refurbished product. While I do not have an issue with refurb products, this was NOT advertised as one. In the same purchased, I happily bought a refurb dyson because my old refurb'ed dyson died after 8 years! When a refurbished product is cheaper, why not get one? But this was not cheaper. The sale price has NO value for a refurbished product. I can take my 20% coupon that *** sends to me every other week and buy a brand spanking new product for *** more (I also used a *** off coupon from *** - without the coupon, it is cheaper at ***). Here's another thing, there is hair stuck in the wheels. This product has been used and not cleaned. I do not have faith that it was properly refurbished either. It looks like someone used it, got annoyed with it, and sent it back to overstock. I probably got the person who didn't like how it got stuck on wires returned product. Needless to say, I will be returning this product, taking my *** coupon to *** and getting the brand spanking new product from their store. Thanks.... for nothing.

Seriously. My floors have never been cleaner. I have all wood floors on the first level of my home - and a kitten who sheds a lot. I buy the ******** dry and wet cloths to use with it. Of course it gets stuck on wires - it's a robot. If you were swiffering yourself - YOU'D GET STUCK ON WIRES! Anything that drags on the floor will if there are, in fact, wires resting on the floor. Luckily, there's an easy solution - take care of your wires! Don't blame it on the robot. I did just that (I have three lamps on a sofa table, so I taped the wires to the back of the cabinet. Now the Braava goes right under the couch. Let's face it - you probably almost never clean under your couch, because that would involve getting down to some crazy angle or moving the couch, neither of which is fun. Who wants to waste time cleaning floors anyway? That's why Braava is amazing. Charges quickly. Battery lasts forever. We do two dry mop cycles and then two wet mop cycles and it typically is almost dead by the end. Just pop on a cloth, set it down, place the cube somewhere pointing into the room and press the button. Braava takes off working hard while you go make yourself a martini. When she's done, she'll play a little tune and head back to where she started. Can't recommend enough.

This floor cleaner does NOTHING that it claims. At first I thought it was just me and that I wasn't operating it correctly...but after multiple attempts to use it AS DIRECTED over 2 months, I can say that it's just completely worthless. The first few times I used it , it would not expel (spray out) the water. The next time I used it it would spray the water out, but would not vacuum it back up. All it did was spread dirty water all over the floor. The cleaning cloth that can be used in place of the brushes only soaks up all the water (if it's actually expelling some) but doesn't put any onto the floor. I borrowed my sister in law's Hoover that is comparable to this Bissel and it works great. The Bissel is SO not worth the money...at any price. Mine is sitting waiting to go the Donation center. Don't waste your money.

Bissell floor cleaner is so far good. I'm usually the OCD type that overly cleans... Anyways, it's good... Beats pushing a mop around. Don't expect professional results because your not getting that but if you vacuum your home daily and usually clean your floors daily this does the job without having to put lots of upper body strength and effort. The Bissell floor cleaning solution leaves a pleasant smell not overpowering at all, just clean. We have rustic stone floors (obviously porous) throughout 1st floor of our home and it does the job. I've used it so far everyday since I got, it hasn't leaked or created messes. I've heard of people saying water squirts out with theirs, I guess they have refilled clean container without emptying out dirty container... Has to be that because so far I've had no issues. Machine would be better if brush was the rotating type, but for the price it's ok... Just use warm water and your solution you'll be surprised how much it picks up. Ultimately I'd say try it, if u don't love it return it, you have nothing to loose. With free shipping and O'Rewards I paid around $XX, I'm happy so far.

I was looking for a steam-cleaner when I found this one. It cleans well, but you have to use the specified cleaner.

I want to buy this for everyone I know great easy to use and easy to clean. I only wish they sold a tray, that you could place it on when done, small puddles of dirty water are there every time you leave it in one spot for any amount of time

Everyone that has non carpeted floors should own one of these!! I am so pleased with it I'm going to give it for a gift yo my friends. I HATE scrubbing floors, but this little beauty makes it such a breeze, my floors have never been so clean. I have tile and hardwood floors, and this cleans both. I do recommend making sure the filter dries between uses so it doesn't smell stale. When people say their floors are clean enough to eat off of, they must be using one of these!

I bought this product because I had a specific problem with my laminate floors: they had turned dull and when I cleaned them, there was a terrible residue that showed every footstep. I had previously tried a different product to try to get some "shine" back. That product made the situation worse. When I got this buffer, I had thoroughly vacuumed the floors. I tried using the wool buffer pads to get the shine back. That didn't work. The buffer is too light weight I think. So I switched to the brownish/beige pads which I really was leary about using. I made a pass with the them and I could actually see that some of the dullness had gone. Then I used original Windex with ammonia and sprayed it directly on the floors and used a damp microfiber pad mopper to clean the floors. They shined up beautifully. When they were dry, there were no streaks, it was shiny, and there were no footprints. I don't know if it was the buffer or the Windex or the combination that worked, because I hadn't used the Windex before either. I had since then "spot" cleaned a few places with the Windex only and still had no streaks. I really think the buffer helped remove that awful residue that was left by the previous cleaning products that I had used. It is a little light weight, but I was expecting that. If you have old vinyl floors that need a good cleaning, I think this would work great. If you need some industrial cleaning, this isn't the product for you.

This is the best cleaning product I have purchased in years - Much superior to the **************. It has made my tile and hardwood floors gleam again with a minimum of work. The first time I used the scrubber, it got the majority of grout lines cleaned in my laundry and in the bathroom. Now, I simply damp mop and then polish with the lambswool pads. I'm sure I will have to scrub every few months - but that used to be a weekly, time consuming chore. My old hardwood floors have gradually gotten dull and smeary looking. After damp mopping and buffing, they are so pretty. The buffer has enough weight to do an excellent job. The lambswood pads are very thin, though and I will probably make my own as they are wearing quickly.

While you may spend seven days on a cruise and need the same amount of clothing as you would need for a land-based vacation, you simply cannot pack for a cruise in the same way as you would for a trip to the mountains or beach. The reason for this is that the average cruise ship cabin is going to have about half the square footage as the average hotel room. Your luggage choice needs to reflect this confined space.
