Leaks, leaks, leaks
purchased this product from *** a year and a half ago. unit started leaking constantly. inspected unit and determined there was a crack in shower head. called hansgrohe usa and had to talk the lady into sending replacement shower head under warranty (shower heads such as this should not be made of material that is prone to breaking). replaced shower head but still had consistent leaking from jets and bottom of unit. returned to *** and ordered another unit thinking first unit was a lemon. second unit is leaking from the jets and bottom as well.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? good
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. very poor for the price. shower head and jets constantly leak which stains grout on tile floor and leaves water stain down front of unit
