Looks great hanging from shepards hooks on my deck! Lanterns are heavy enough that wind (even thunderstorm winds) haven't blown them off the hooks yet. I removed the attached chain and used the loop to hand them from the hook. Pros: Workmanship suitable for an outdoor lantern. Metal isn't high grade, but is suitable for this purpose. Glass inserts do a nice job filtering the glare from the candles. The were well packed for shipping and arrived without any damage. Cons: Candle holder designed for a tea light candle, which doesn't put out enough light to fill the lantern. Lantern door not big enough to get a 3inch candle in a glass holder through.

top was bent in couldn't un bend without it coming apart other then that it was nice

This latern was exactly what I had been looking for but couldn't find in a store. I bought 4 and they look great handing in a tree off my patio. I light them when I entertain outdoors and they really set the mood. Shipping was quick and they were packed very securely. I would recommend this vendor again to anyone!
