Customer Reviews
The picture frame had a very funky smell to it. As soon as I opened the box I could smell this odor and it would not go away. It stuck with the frame.
I ordered the exact same product last year as a Christmas present and was very satisfied with what I got. The frame looked exactly the way it does in the picture. However, I just ordered another one and received it today. I am very disappointed. The quality and color of the frame looks very grainy, and there are only two colors to the flowers! It looks very dull.

The paper that these are made of is nice and the colors are very nice, but that's as far as it goes... they LOOK nice. However, there are two main problems. (1) The decorative flowers/leaves are NOT PAINTED as the online description says. They are actual vegetation that has been glued on, and not very well. The vegetation is brittle, too. So if you even gently run your hands over the vegetation, they break off and fall off and you are left w/ ugly discoloration. You have to find the fallen pieces and glue them back on yourself! (2) They only way to insert the photos is to slide them in either from the side or top (inconsistent from frame to frame) and if you have big fingers it is hard to slide them in and get them situated properly w/in the frame.
