Question on unhealthy chemical smell
This being fr another country (India) and having an overwhelming smell of fumes... and it does not meet us standards for fire hazard either, so I was afraid there would be unhealthy fumes for my son to be breathing in his room. I was going to try washing it, but I think it is too heavy for my front loader to handle. Though it was the exact look and size and shape that I was looking for..... I may be returning it since this was a "reading" rug for my son to sit and read for hours.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? color is good... some strands have some stitching in dif colors, so I cut them off
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. heavy duty rug, I like the look, but very strong chemical smell - either fr treating the old tshirts or the glue...
