Beautiful Rug
I was expecting a "tan/gold" background, but it is truly an ivory color as it is described. It has alot of sage in it. On the screen it look like it the trim is in gold, but it is actually sage and alot of it, I wasn't expecting that, overall I like the rug, it brightens up our living room and goes well with our decor. It is not for someone with small kids unless it is in a room that is not going to be used that much. I am giving it 4 stars because I think the internet does not accurately show you the true color of this rug. It is a beatiful rug, just a little different than what I thought I was going to receive.

Large ivory rug
This rug is thick and soft. I purchased it for a formal living room that is not used much. Good thing because the backgound really is ivory and not dark like on the computer screen. Not the best choice if you have children and/or pets.

Beautiful and thick rug
This rug is lovely, thick, and feels wonderful under your feet. I ordered it with some hesitation, due to the shade of ivory that was represented on my screen. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get a more accurate description by "chatting" with the overstock on-line assistant, but was only given the same info that's available on the website. It is an off-white ivory base, no yellow or peachy undertones that I was worried about. The other colors are just as described. The pattern is not extremely detailed, as you would expect from a more expensive rug, but it is a great looking rug for the price. It has not "shed" at all for us. We are quite pleased.

I recommend this carpet
Apprehensive to order online before seeing this carpet, but the value is just amazing. Color is totally different than shown, carpet is white. We really like the contrast of the color and design against the warm wood floor of the dining room. It looks beautiful with the furniture.

Handmade Traditions Isfahan Ivory Wool and Silk Ru
I am pleased as I find it easier to compare with a rug salesman hanging over me. I'm sure I could have found an equal value locally, but it wold have taken more time. Disappointed I could not retroactively get my O'rewards. I hate that I keep getting O.co ads for me to purchase similar rugs. I bought 5 different rugs for my home at one time. How many do they think I need?

Shedding rug
The color and design of the rug are beautiful. The problem with the rug is shedding. I have to vacuum the rug every day due to all the shedding. The fibers from the rug float all over my house and look like they could be cat or dog hair. I wish I had chosen a different color and fiber.
