I had this for a couple of years & it looks as good today as when I bought it!

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I thought it was burgundy/gold...it is eggplant/gold
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. superb quality
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? color is off a bit...not burgundy but eggplant

We have a really long ceramic tile hallway that I have had a hard time finding a rug for. They usually aren't more than 9 or 10 ft long and this one is great and a good value for the money. It's probably an inch thick - the thickest in the house and I wish I had bought all my rugs at overstock. The quality is wonderful - all wool and silk and it's soft and padded to walk on. Overall - love it but FYI there is some rose/pinkish mixed in with the pattern you can't see online. I almost sent it back because we don't really do pink by my husband convinced me it was just the hallway and no one even notices it.

I needed a runner for my foyer in a hurry. I ordered this a "placeholder" until I had the time to really shop for I wanted, but it's going to stay! The colors are gorgeous, it feels so soft underfoot, and it couldn't be more perfect. Even the dog and cat approve! It is part of the first impression guests get when I open my front door so I wanted something that really stands out. This is it.

Great runner for any floor. I recently purchased this runner for our downstairs carpet hallway which gets the most traffic, and it looks beautiful! The colors in this rug are deep rich colors that will go with virtually any color palate that you may have for furniture or design. Very thick and soft to walk on. An excellent find!

This product is absolutely beautiful. It is well constructed and is of great quality. Not to mention, runners of this size are a bit more difficult to find. I'm just thrilled about it! One thing to mention as a slight disappointment was the color, as it's so hard to see specifics on a computer monitor. It was advertised as red and gold, and it is actually more of a cranberry and light khaki/gold color. There are also highlights of light blue, white, and a dusty rose color. Luckily the colors of the rug work perfectly in my foyer.

This rug is even more beautiful actually than its picture. The colors are rich, and the weave is even and dense with a nice loft. It has an "expensive" look. My guests all compliment it, and I'm happy to tell them what a bargain I got.

The colors are deep and rich. It turned out to be the perfect length for my hallway, so you should know the length that you're looking for before you buy. I've seen many different sizes at overstock and this is pretty much exactly what I wanted. The quality is thick and soft. It's not itchy like some cheaply made rugs that I've felt before. I love coming home because the rug is an immediate eye-catcher and contrasts so well with light colored hallways (which 99% of ppl have). It's nice and heavy, so it doesn't move anywhere. It's pretty much my biggest obsession right now. I wish I could find such a great deal on every piece that I'm buying to furnish my place! Do not hesitate...buy buy buy!

This rug arrived very quickly, and I was delighted that it is exactly as described. The colors are lovely and the texture is thick and soft. So far it doesn't show dirt at all and seems to be wearing just right. A bit of fuzz and fluff, but nothing to complain about. My dog loves to roll on it!
