this rug wears terribly. if anyone walk on it, piles come up. it does not vacuum well either. the worst part is when you try to clean it. we had it professionally cleaned and the black lines bled into the white. we've had the rug for less than a year and it's totally ruined. we have to get rid of it...and of course it has no warranty! :(
