SOHO UNHAPPY
I purchased this rug along with the matching 6ft square for my redecorated living area. I loved the way these rugs looked in my room. However, after the rugs had been down for a week or two I noticed that they were doing more than the normal shed you get from wool rugs. The Burst on the rugs are unsecured ribbons that not only FRAY but will COME OUT when vacuumed. Sure this rug looks nice but if you plan on actually walking on the rug or cleaning it I wouldn't suggest buying it .. Keep in mind OVERSTOCK 30 day return policy; otherwise you are stuck with a problematic rug! I was able to get one rug returned for a refund, but the other I am sending back without a clue as to what my refund will be due to the purchase being past the 30 day time frame. Good Luck to anyone who goes for the SOHO BUSRT RUGS!!!!!!! :{

I have reservations, but love the rug!
I have only one problem with the rug. The "bursts" are actually made of ribbon that stick out of the rug. This makes it very difficult to vacuum. A normal vacuum cleaner pulls the ribbons out and shreds them. I ordered a "sweeper", but the rug is so lush the sweeper wouldn't pick up. I use the rug at the office, so I have asked maintenance to leave the vacuuming to me. I had to bring my small Dyson vacuum to the office and leave it here. I have to be really careful when vacuuming it still, but I have received so many raving comments about how beautiful the rug is that I'm going to keep it and be extra careful with it. Everyone says they are going to steal it.

Beautiful rug!
I love this rug! It's absolutely gorgeous and a topic of conversation for whoever stops by. I read some reviews about the design pulling out & I have not experienced that at all! The design is raised and seems to be made with a silky ribbon. It's gorgeous & vacuums just fine. A great buy at a great price! Delivery was quick & everything was packaged perfectly. Poor Quality
I was so excited about finding this 8x8 foot square carpet! We purchased it and after having it down for a week i sent it back. The brown wool carpet was shedding terrible and the starbursts were made of raised synthetic pieces that completely came out while sweeping and if they didn't come out they frayed. Very poor quality and cheep looking. I would not recommend this product!

New Zedaland Wool Rug
I love the rug The colors really pop and make a satatement. I have had a lot of people coment on it. and how nice it looks on the hardwood floor. My only complaint is my white dog also loves the rug and the white dog hair really shows so must vacuum every day.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Nice heavy plush rug seems to be well made altho some of the tufts on the color bursts have pulled loose I put a dab of glue on then and stuck them back in place

Doesn't match up to what's shown.
I received this rug and it didn't at all resemble the picture on the website. The chrysanamum flowers depicted arrived looking like sparse spiders. I returned the rug, and Overstock paid for the return. I wrote a letter noting the problem, and received a prompt, nice reply, saying the warehouse would be requested to examine the second rug to be sent me, to ensure it looked like the website. The second rug I received looks like thicker spiders, and not like the picture on the website. If you want a rug that resembles what's shown, don't buy this rug.

soho wool brown burst rug collection
love these rugs--i bought 2 runners, a 6 foot round, an 8 foot square, and a 2 x 3 for the door; very pretty, great quality; very heavy rugs to "shake out"---much better off vacuuming, although i would strongly recommend bare floor setting on vacuum since any vacuum will pull threads and cause runners, maybe not initially but certainly over time

Beautiful rug. Vibrant colors!
I've only had this rug for a month, so I can't review it's durability. I can, however, say that it's beautiful, and I LOVE the colors. It's very soft to the touch, and easy to vacuum. I receive compliments constantly! Overall, I'm more than pleased with it... and I purchased it at such a reasonable price!

Soho Burst Brown Wool Rug
This rug is perfect for the area I needed it in. It is contemporary and eye catching. The only challenge is keeping it clean. When I vacuum it my Dyson pulls the longer fibers of the flowers. So I have been using a much less powerful hand vac, that takes much longer to clean the carpet.
