Handmade Soho Burst Blue New Zealand Wool Rug (3'6 x 5'6)

Love this rug, I get compliments on it all the time! I would reccommend this product to anyone.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color was very similar to picture on website
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The rug has shed some, but that is to be expected of any new rug
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate

This was only 1 of 6 areas rugs we have ordered from O.Co and we are extremely happy with all of our choices and our rugs *except this one. The color blue is just what is shown. However, the raised bursts are way more raised than what is displayed in the photo. Not only are they very high and uneven with the general tuft of the rest of the rug they are pieces of fabric that unravel, get unstrung out and pulled out from the carpet and just plain fall apart when you vacuum.....In fact, I have twice had to take apart the roller bristle on the bottom of my vacuum to unravel and cut out the strings that got sucked up frrom this rug. I just want to stress though that the other 5 area rugs we got are gorgeous, are of very high quality, and are very much like the photos we saw on line. We are very happy with the other 5 area rugs. I am in the process of requesting a refund but I am told that it will be "up to the warehouse inspector" to determine the refund.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Similar in color however the raised bursts are way more raised pieces of fabric and unravel with each vacuum to the point of clogging and raveling around the vacuum bristles underneath.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Terrible - almost defective. There are no special care instructions with this carpet and unless you never vacuum it, or hang it on the wall you will be very dissatisfied. 5 out of our 6 areas rugs ordered O.Co are gorgeous and we are very happy with them! This one however is a disaster. I am in the process of requesting a full refund.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Somewhat, however the close up does not begin to display the height of the raised bursts or display the actual look.

This is a great rug. I was a little nervous about ordering a rug online, but it turned out to be a wonderful deal. I am using it at our front entrance which does not get a lot of traffic, so can't say how it would hold up with heavy traffic, but appears to be a great quality so would try it if I needed to. The colors give exactly the look I wanted.

This rug is beautiful. It makes our room feel very welcoming and calm. The 'bursts' are actually raised material...which I didn't realize when I ordered it. We have a dog that sheds and her fur gets caught up in the rug but it vacuums up nicely. We love this rug! It's soft and beautiful.
