This rug looks really awesome and I get lots of compliments.HOWEVER: it sheds and it sheds a lot. I have had one for a year (this one is my second, smaller one) . If you don't mind vacuuming it a lot, you'll really love it. But if you sit on it with black pants, beware.Overall, 5 stars for looks, 2 stars for quality.

Rug was as pictured and described. My only problem is my cats like it too!
I think this rug would look much better if I had ordered a bigger size. The "bursts" are just asymmetrically large compared to the actual flat rug part. The regular rug part is very low and flat--almost like carpet, so it kind of looks a bit cheap. The bursts stand out a bit too much (both in height and brightness), so it's not exactly soothing even though I bought the creme/brown version. They're also not comfortable to stand on with bare feet. I can already imagine what a pain it'll be to vacuum this piece...all those 3D threads are going to shred to pieces. Not a good price for something that I ended up not liking very much...
High quality and beautiful rug. I only wished I had got the bigger one. Maybe I'll go back and get the round also!! You will not be disappointed with this rugl
