I just got my rug, and I love it! It is situated over light carpet, so I do not notice shedding (yet). i can see that the ribbons could be delicate, but this rug is in my formal living room so should have light traffic. The colors are natural and neutral, but still pop! Love it!
This rug is just so beautiful!! The workmanship is so fine and the design is just fantastic.The rug is soft and plush! The picture on the website does not do it justice.
The rug arrived promptly, I found it to be more beautiful than expected, goes perfectly with my decor, very elegant., has made a possitive impression . Rug is a nice quality. The starbursts are made of ribbons so they are elevated from the actual rug. The ribbons are fraying so i worry that one day they will get caught in the vaccum and ruin the rug. Right now I'm cutting the loose threads to avoid that from happening. Other than that, the rug is great. It's soft and comfy to walk on and looks great on my hardwood floors.
I ordered this rug about 8 months ago. I absolutely love it. My house is contemporary and it fits perfectly. However, it definitely does shed.....but it's worth the extra vacuuming.
