I ordered this for my daughter and I was shocked to see it on my doorstep in 48 hours later. Outstanding!! The rug is of the quality and color intensity I expected and she is absolutely thrilled. It fit perfectly in the hall of her room in between the closet and bathroom. She laid down on it and was so excited at how soft it was. Thank you, Overstock

Light blue is not as pictured
As I stated above, the run is fine, except I was looking for a more greener toned blue rug, and the Lt. Blue was not teal like at all. It feels like a fun rug otherwise. I'm on the fence about returning it due to the mismatch of the color.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I was looking for a more turquoise-tiffany blue tined shag rug, so bought the light blue one, but in person, it's more of a desaturated baby blue with a very faint hint of sage green .
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I see some of the jersey shags have a little bit of a stain. It's a funky product, in appearance, but the quality seems fine.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Aside from the color, it was fine

Great Customer Service
I ordered two of these rugs and they are great. However one came with brown stains on it. When I contacted Overstock's customer service they were more than happy to ship me a replacement for no extra charge. They emailed me a return shipping label and sent my new rug before they received the old one. I got it in two days. It looks great as well. My only complaint on these rugs is that there will be no way to clean them without dry cleaning. But that is the price you pay for having this look. They are great!

LOVE this rug!
When I purchased this rug, I was a little nervous what the quality would be like since it was so cheap and the pictures didn't really show much. It just arrived and I love it! So soft and plush. Layed perfectly flat the very first time. And such a great price!
