I've had this rug now for a number of years. It still looks brand new. The quality of the rug is amazingly high. It measures about 1" thick. It shed like crazy the first month or so, but that didn't really bother me. Most carpets do the same thing. The color were so vibrant and still is. It gave that extra pizazz to my boring living room. It is of such high quailty that you won't need any kind of rug pad to go underneath it. This thing isn't going to "walk" anywhere. It stays where you put it. Feels good to bare feet too!

rug is nice and thick however the color was way off from the depiction. what appears to be orange in the photo is actually a dreary brown, and there is pink that doesnt match any color in the rug which will make it difficult to match any rooms decor.

This is a great rug! Very thick and so worth the money. Colors are true to the picture. As mentioned by others, there is a pinkish, sort of flesh color in it, but that is minimal and goes well with the other colors. It is heavy, but my husband and I were able to lay it out with some difficulty. Gave it 4 stars for "ease of assembly" because of that. Since it's wool, it does shed, but that is the nature of the beast and will quit shedding over time. Thanks Overstock for shipping very quickly, too. We've had it about two weeks and have had many compliments on it. We put it over wall-to-wall carpeting in our living room and it looks great!

There was no review when I purchased this rug but I read lots of reviews while shopping and found them extremely helpful with quality, color and price. The descriptions gave me the confidence to purchase the rug. This rug is beautiful and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It is very, very heavy - took two of us to move it in the house and we will need at least one more person to help move our furniture to get it in place - only reason for the 4 stars. The colors are off a bit in the picture. The decription reads burgandy - well it's more of a deep dark red than burgandy. The other colors are pretty true to the decription - a pale peach, tan, cream, a dark gray taupe, brown and the deep red burgandy. We bought this rug to retire one we had for 20 years and to match our furniture so all we need to do is paint the walls and add a few new pieces of artwork and the room will look great. Final thought - great quality (at least 3/4" thick), good colors and very fast delivery!!!

Nice big rug, modern look. Soft, pleasant to walk on. Doesn't slide. When it arrived i realized it's a bit lighter, but it's still ok. Rug sheds very little when we vacuum. This rug had a 1 inch rip on a side, must have been damaged in transit. But I chose not to return it; for me the ripped side is where people don't walk and can't see it. Still a good buy.
