While everyone who has seen the rug says they like it a lot, and it does match the room, I'm not in love with the rug. The colors are slightly lighter than on the webstie picture. I dislike the pinkish adobe color in some of the circular shapes...I didn't predict that from the image. The other earthy colors are good. The pattern is OK. I think I appreciate it more on the webstie picture than lying much larger on my floor. The rug is thick, but some of the gaps between the colors were wider than I would have liked. Maybe it will "fill in" when it gets walked on for a while. In any case, you can go crazy looking for the perfect rug, and I would rather keep this one -- purchased at a decent price -- than to return it and start over.

The rug has a great flow of movement and that is what we were looking for. The value and workmanship are really nice and it is very soft under foot. The colors were disapointing as the burgundy is really a deep rust. There is a lot of rust in different shades and also a flesh tone that looks more pink.

Don't buy this or any other of the "rodeo drive" handmade rugs. Every one of them started loosing fibers day by day. Every time we or our cats walk on these wool rugs, the fibers just come right out of the weave. Wish I could return these for a full refund, but it is probably too late. Want to vacuum them, watch out, because light suction from the vacuum pulls out and fills the whole canister with rug fiber from these rugs. We have hard wood floors and since the fibers are coming out all the time, they end up all over creating messy dust and get all over furniture, etc. What a mistake I made in not returning these within the time frame.
