I read reviews carefully of other rugs before deciding. This seemed to be the same as a few others even tho there were no reviews for it. I have bought several rugs from Overstock, and the quality can be mixed. This is a great rug. It has a deep enough pile to feel like a quality rug; sometimes the nap is very low. This one is good. Thick, cushy, solid. The pattern is also very well done. A very classic pattern that looks great in a room next to another rug with black and brown and ivory, but of a completely different pattern. It mixes well with classic type rug designs. I am very happy with the purchase. For those who wonder about the coloration, it is mostly black with ivory and camel colors and a bit of a rose color. The rose blends in well and does not appear red; just sort of highlights the camel color.

Am very happy with the rug - the colors are what I expected, black background with lots of tan and white and touches of coral. There are a few other colors in the rug, but you don't really see that, especially when you you just look at the rug from a normal standing or sitting distance - sort of like an impressionist painting. The pile is dense but not thick (about 1/2 inch high). Thought it was a fair price, but not necessarily a blowout. The shipping was excellent. My second rug purchase from Overstock, and both have worked out great. No more convenient way to buy a rug than over the internet from Overstock.
