Plush & thick
I got this for my kitchen because my cats loved my hand hooked rug with Fruit from Overstock too much. It's really pretty, too small for the kitchen so I put it in the laundry room where I have a grapes/fruit theme. It's very thick and wool and quite nice. Colors are true to description. Not always the case when ordering. I have about 12 rugs from Overstock. I LOVE this rug. Might get a bigger one for the Kitchen. No need for a pad underneath.
