Fun rug for a NO cat home
The is a great retro 60's - 70's fun looks. You have to shake outside to clean. A vaccuum pulls out the strips. I find strips everywhere. My cat loves to pull them out and play with them. The rug isn't showing signs of balding yet, but it won't be long.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is beautiful - a light pearl gray.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The leather strips are irregular in shape and length. Some strips are right side up - some upside down which adds to the softness.

Great Rug not the color I Imagined
Great Rug wish the color was more what I thought but still an awesome piece.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Not very accurate. The color on the site didn't seam as white but more taupe/beige
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Sadly the Lil pieces of the shag come off ever so often

looks good awful to walk on
I was really looking forward to getting this rug it looked great in the picture, unfortunately it is not that great to walk on. When the family got home and walked on it they all laughed at how awful it was to stand on, not even the dog will stand on it he jumps onto the furniture to get round it. Not quite sure what i am going to do with it yet, amusing as it is at the moment to watch everyone tiptoeing around the edge not sure how long we can cope with it. Apart from all that i do actually like the look of it in the room (from a distance), and the leather smell is ok.

Shagadelic
After reading the previous reviews I was still excited to purchase the rug but a lil skeptical because of the smell. Well shipment only took two days at most which is awesome. I just open the package and the smell is not as strong, it smells the same way you purchase a leather jacket. It's not that bad as the previous reviews made it seem. A few pieces did fall but I just threw it back on the rug. The rug is not that bad to walk on. It's an awesome conversation piece.

awful
I am very dissapointed with this rug. The smell of the rug when taken out of the packaging was awful and strong and did not smell like leather. The leather pieces on the rug that make up the shag are very stiff and sharp therefore making it painful to walk on. I am very upset with this purchase.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. the quality is horrible. when I took it out of the packaging several pieces had already fallen off.
