Just what I expected
I was hoping to replace an existing leather shag rug that had seen better days, and this one matched perfectly. It is not truly white, but the mixed tones of white to light grey give it tone and visual texture. The tufting is generous; the rug is well made and fairly priced.

Looks nothing like picture
I was expecting a white rug but the coloring was mostly beige and brown and not pretty shades of brown it looked dirty. Also it did not look like a shaggy rug, it looked like flat scraps matted together-- almost like a craft project gone awry. The price was good but if you want a high end look you should save your money, this rug proves the old adage "you get what you pay for." I'm sending it back.
