I was looking to match a gray contemporary sofa and this area rug fits the bill. The background is a medium gray and the flowers are sea foam green, dark beige and midnight blue. The on screen picture appears lighter than the actual rug. Nevertheless, this rug will help tie together a living room that's mostly gray, with white, and pale green accents. The pile is very short and neat too.

Love this rug. It is in my bedroom and looks beautiful on my bamboo floor. It is very peaceful. Everyone who see it comments on it's loveliness. It is wool so it does shed. Nothing a good vacuuming won't take care of. LOVE IT.

colors described and shown in the picture are gray/blues/cream. Colors of actual carpet are a dull dark gray with green/gold/black splashes. I returned rug and asked for a replacement and got the same thing again. Cannot trust this one.

The color was tinted with little more purple than blue but the rug itself is thick and lush. The reason I would not recommend this rug to anyone is that it sheds so badly we are going mad . It is all over the kids clothes and little tumbleweeds of the lint go rolling by every now and again. Hope this stops soon but just living with it now.

I have had my rug for over 2 months and have received so many compliments but It needs lot of care so when I vacuum I vacuum it very gently like a baby but one thing I can tell you it leaves a statement in your home when some one walks in, its very soft and very rich looking. I am rather surprise that some will such a product on OS.

I love the design and colors in this rug. It looks amazing in my family room and the price was great. However, it sheds like crazy. I have had it for 4 months and vacuum it constantly. It sheds all over the kids pants when they lay on it! I have never had a rug shed like this and I am not sure what else to do other then keep vacuuming it.

This rug is exactly what I needed in my bedroom as the colors are brown and blues - the flowers give the little color addition I needed without overpowering.

I was looking for a rug for a bedroom that has a blue and yellow theme. I was hesitant to purchase because some reviews stated more grey than blue.It looks great with my color blue, yet I can see how against a grey item, will look slightly grey. A thick beautiful rug. I have vacuumed often, no problems at all. I am very happy with this purchase.

Good quality for the price purchased. I have noticed the rug shedding a bit, but I know this is common with all rugs (even expensive ones!). The amount of shedding has dramatically decreased after a month of having it. I do agree the rug had a little bit of an odor due to being out in the hot sun all day, but after airing out over the weekend the smell has disappeared. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this rug about 3 weeks ago. Arrived approx. 9 days later. It was well wrapped for the cross-country transit. It is a wonderful quality, thick wool carpet. Colors are vibrant but not overpowering. No matter it gives a terrific contrast & blends well against my Pecan floor and grey stone fireplace. This is a quality rug and the money was well-spent on its purchase. It should provide many, many useful years of service. It doesn't shed and it has no smell. I recommend this rug enthusiastically
