I absolutely love this rug. It's thick, excellent quality, and expensive looking. My one caveat is that it's not a dark navy or even a true navy. The fibers are a very, very dark teal woven with black so that it looks like a dark, warmer blue. It certainly isn't the dark, almost black navy in the picture. This was no problem for my color scheme, but if you are looking for a cooler navy to match other things, that may be a problem as the rug gives a slightly warmer cast. If it were me, I would purchase the rug first then build the room around it as inspiration, it's that beautiful.

This rug is beautiful! The navy is not too dark and it both anchors my room and warms it up. The rug has several shades of beige, green and blue in it.

Beautiful color and lays perfectly flat. The navy is not as dark as the picture which is what I was hoping for. The rug is thick and tight. However, This rug sheds bucket after bucket of wool fibers. I have vaccuumed continuously for the past three weeks and still fill a canister daily with this rug and two others I purchased. When the rug quits shedding I will be more enthusiastic because it is beautiful.

Love the pattern and colors. It is definitely not as deep blue as it appears in the picture, but still perfect in my dining room. Carpet is very thick and the pattern is just what I was looking for. We own an antique home but wanted something a bit contemporary without looking out of place. This is perfect. It does shed as other reviewers have commented but this does not detract.

I purchased this rug for my family room. The background color is dark navy/royal blue. The medallions are gold and beige with a hint of light blue running through them. I paired this rug with a dark blue couch and two dark blue paisley chairs. The rug is a nice balance b/w modern and traditional. I am very please with its quality.

Unrolled last night and was so thrilled that the rug was more magnifiicent than expected. The navy in the pictures is considerably lighter in person. Much better than I expected. Ends have already flattened. Could not ask for better colors and overall presentation.

Very high quality and very sharp hues. It's so hard to shop online especially when the color has to be perfect. I matched it up perfectly with a benjamin moore paint and I love it! I have it in the dining room and the accent color I chose is gold. Together it's so rich looking.
