one great one not
I ordered two of the same rugs and one came in perfect condition however, the second came with huge holes in it and must be returned. It is disappointing as now the rug is no longer available and I am left picking a second rug that does not match the first to avoid the hassle of returning both. I sent a return pick up request almost three weeks ago and the damaged rug is still sitting in my hallway which is frustrating as well.

Beautiful
We have hardwood floors and had wanted a large area rug for our master bedroom. Our decorator quoted a cost of *** for a custom rug. I also found rugs at the local **** on sale in the *** range. We were not prepared to spend that kind of money for our bedroom. I was hesitant to purchase something like this online but took the plunge and boy are we glad I did! The rug is beautiful and the coloring is perfect with our paint color, furniture and bedding. It is a subtle pattern so it doesn't fight with the rest of the room. The thickness of the rug makes walking very comfortable. Because our bed is on the rug, which holds the rug in place, I did not purchased a rug pad. I would highly recommend this rug to anyone who needs a large rug. The price is spectacular for the quality and size of this rug.

Beautiful rug
Rug was delivered very quickly and looks beautiful. Sheds profusely but I think that is to be expected. Rolled out flat from the first moment.

Shipping Issues, But GREAT Rug
Got a call from Fed Ex saying they had my rug in a town about an hour away.....and that they couldn't deliver it.....that a package that size should never have been in their system. They told me I could pick it up or they would send it back to the company in Texas where it would be re-shipped to me for an extra month's wait. I appreciated the heads up and dealt with it myself ...didn't bother Overstock. The rug is great and I would do it all again......but other people might have had more problems accomodating the shipping snafu.

Great rug! Excellent value!
I already bought the same rug in 9x13 and needed another to cover a very large area in our country home. I was thrilled when I saw the same rug in 12x18 made available. It is very hard to find this big of a rug period, let alone one that is priced so well. It was delivered very quickly - even though we live in a remote area, and the UPS freight delivery guy couldn't have been more wonderful. The rug sheds a bit, but all rugs do in the begining....we make a point to vacuum everytime we use the house. The smaller rug we already own stoped shedding after a couple of months. To the point that the previous poster made - I too had an item delivered broken, and Overstock went out of their way to make it right. They were the ones calling me to take care of all the details related to pick-up and replacement of the faulty merchandise - I did not have to chase them. The for me is a new high standard in Excellent customer service I have not seen from other companies. Good job Overstock ppl - you are the best!
