Handmade Mahal Ivory/ Rust New Zealand Wool Rug (7'6 x 9'6)

This rug and Alliyah Handmade New Zeeland Blend Hand-tufted Circles Brown Rug (8' x 10') were my first time purchased from Overstock. I got Alliyah rug first, which looked used and old, and I called customer service right away, whoever answered the phone was so patient and friendly to take care of my trouble without any extra fee to ship back to them. And next day, I got this one, here came again and worse than the first. I was hart broken. I told myself how can them trust me if I tell them the same thing again. But Jessica S who was the one helped me through all the dramas because the confusion with the UPS, and finally I got my full refund with both of them. They are the best customer service in the whole planet. This rug was terrible, the color was not evenly throughout. it seems like someone washed the rug with bleach, some area darker than others. When you look the picture, it looks like has yellow or gold in it, but not at all. It was light cream,therefor It didn't mach my wall color what was I looking for. When we buy something from the web side, they always said that they are not responsible for if the color issue because every computer shows differently in color. But that is not true in this case, this is ten time off the true color from the web. Just beware. May

This is by far the best rug I've bought from Overstock. Very well made, obviously high quality and the colors are lovely. The true colors are better evident in the pictures where the rug is placed on the floor. I also noticed that printing the images results in better color match than just looking at the monitor. The background here is pale yellowish ivory with brick red border. The central design features olive green as well as lovely pale green. Works very well with our decor, pale green walls and cream leather furniture. Outstanding value.

The rug is beautiful!!! The background is a light gold or light camel color. It shows hints of ivory when it is lit up at night. The border is rust and it has olive and sage green accents. The rug is more subdued than the picture and the colors are softer than on my monitor. The pattern appears more bold and heavy in the picture when in reality the pattern is softer with finer lines. The rug is very soft under foot with no shedding. It looks very elegant and expensive. Made by Safavieh!!! Shipped in two days. Great purchase. My second rug with overstock and am very pleased with both.
