I was shopping around for a small affordable rug and quickly found that I could purchase this plush, well made wool rug for the same price. I took a chance on it and was pleasantly surprised. The color is not what I was expecting but it worked for me. If you're looking for a soft blue (that's what I pictured with the description "light blue" and the website photo), you'll be disappointed. I am keeping it and would recommend this Safavieh rug to a friend
