Well made machine reproduction of a Persian-style
Nice quality and plush pile. Style and color made us decide to put it in a different room than originally intended, but we are pleased with the look and feel of this rug. Excellent value for the price!

Even Better Than I Imagined!!!
I absolutely love this rug. I am not sure I could have found one that complimented my room and decor any better. I hit a homerun when I purchased this rug! This rug is a very good value for the money.

Tis rug is truly beautiful.
The rug is very well constructed, thick and soft. It doesn't really need a no-slip pad, but I know that it will wear better if I get one. We have forest green woodwork in that library room and the color of the rug is a perfect accent for it. The brown in the rug exactly matches the oak floor. The house is a 110 year Victorian and the carpet is perfect for it. At the last family dinner we held there, all the children gathered right there on that carpet to play their games and hear stories.

Very pleased
I'm pleased with the weight and density of the yarns--it feels luxurious underfoot. The 8 X 11 weighed 90 pounds! I'm pleased that there isn't any fringe on this--it has a cleaner look that way. I haven't had it for very long so can't comment on others' note regarding shedding. I haven't noticed that as an issue yet. It looks rich and gorgeous and I'm delighted with the quality and price. It's an unusual color between green and blue--like a dark aqua. Very pretty. The browns and tans are a great accent and there are a few hints of dark pink for depth of pattern.

The Rug is Beautiful
I bought this rug to go in a large den with walnut wood floor, limestone rock fireplace, beige tiles, and blue velvet sofa and blue leather chair. It hit the mark on all these. It is a beautiful rug. I bought a large 8x11. It has the dark browns to go with the floors, variations of blue and beiges as well. It is thick and my husband, who is persnickety about the thickness of rug and was looking for something to soften the floor under his feet, loves the rug. If you are looking for blues and browns this is the rug for you.

Not worth the purchase.
I was truly disappointed wth this purchase. The colors of the rug are dull. The rug actually looks dirty. I'm not sure if I was shipped a rug that was returned by a previous customer or what. This was my first purchase and will probably be my last.

Our hidden gem of a rug
I'm using a interior decorator to consult me on decorating my house. We logged into Overstock and did a search on rugs. She said I needed some blues and color, which I don't have anywhere else in my home. She went straight to this rug and said this is it! So I trusted her eye and ordered it. It turned out absolutely beautiful! Our home is rustic in style, so the patterns go perfectly. We love it!

This rug is so beautiful, I don't want to leave home because of it! I expected the rug to be as shown on the website, but when it arrived, I was stunned of how beautiful it was. The main color is deep teal - very, very beautiful! I haven't seen a rug like that anywhere. So, if you like the colors shown on photo, you'll like the rug in person!
