This European French inspired designs pays tribute to timeless Aubusson and Persian designs with floral motifs reproduced in a hand-tufted construction using an extra tight weaving and premium hand-spun wool to create breathtaking works of art. Taking the most beautiful elements of rococo scrolls, acanthus leaves and floral motifs spread across an open field background makes this soft palette theme an easy to decorate rug. This floor rug has a brown background and a blue border and displays stunning panel colors of blue, light blue, green, red, pink, ivory and brown.

Lovely rug!
I am glad we took the chance to order this rug. The color is lighter than brown more like a taupe (which I think has a bit more pink hue than this) but darker than tan. The other predominant color is smoke gray/blue which is a very nice and popular color in the stores right now. There are small accent shades of burgundy/maroon and teal in the rug as well to bring out some different accent colors. This is the perfect addition to my newly remodeled living room. I have had great experience purchasing rug and furniture from Overstock and will continue to do so!
