Great Rug - has held up very well
I love this rug. I have it in my dining room under the dining room table and it has held up great. I've had it for 2 and a half years and not a lot of visible shedding. The rug still looks like new. I'd highly recommend it. The colors do not seem as golden in my house as on the picture here, but maybe it's lighting or maybe because it is a hand made rug and they are all going to differ. In any case, it is very well made and I'm happy with this purchase. I bought several rugs when I bought this one and this one has held up the best.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Perhaps a bit darker. As I look at the photo on the website, my actual rug looks more grey/sage green compared to gold on the website

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate except the colors are less vibrant in my house. Maybe it is the lighting but mine seems less gold.

Good Value
The rug has a very pleasing pattern and is soft to the touch. It is shedding some, but not an unreasonable amount for a new rug. I read other reviews before purchasing this rug and knew that the color would be more olive than charcoal which was what I wanted. This is a wonderful rug that looks much more expensive than it is the only caution is that the color is slightly different in the picture. The rug does have some golds and reds, but the charcoal has some green in it. I would buy this rug again.

This rug is beautiful! I do, however agree with the other posts in that "charcoal" is not accurate...it's predominately sage for the background. We read reviews prior to purchase and were not suprised. Lovely, plush...very satisfied.

GREAT
The largest problem with purchasing a rug online is color choice. Fortunately I went by the way the colors in the rug appeared online. THIS RUG IS GREEN NOT GRAY. The green matches our living room perfect. The rug is green gold with flecks of dark red. Be cautious of the product color descriptions but other than that THIS RUG IS GREAT.

Not Charcoal
This is a beautiful rug. It is thick and the colors are beautiful. But it does not have a charcoal background or border. In fact it doesn't have any charcoal in it. It has an olive green background and border with accent colors of sage, burgundy, orange, gold, tan and ivory. The overall color of the rug is olive green.
