Great Neutral Rug
I purchased this rug, and I'll actually be ordering a 2nd one. It is a very nice, neutral rug from a well known manufacturer with a sage background that is actually closer in color to a light olive. You'll be hard pressed to find any gold areas in this rug...it seems to be interwoven with the sage background, giving it a yellow-based color as opposed to blue-based. From a color standpoint, the Overstock pics that are closest to the ACTUAL color of this rug are the close up pics under the 3'6 Round or the 8' Round listings (search for "sage gold rug"). The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it is shedding far more than other brands of wool rugs that I have purchased from Overstock in the past. But hopefully that will stop before long. FYI...parts of this rug looked to be darker than others when I rolled it out, but upon closer inspection it was just due to the fibers being flattened in some directions due to being rolled up. But after a few vacuums, the color across the rug was consistent as the fibers began to uncompress and stand straight up.

Great Quality and Price
This is a very well made rug with a classy look. I agree with the previous reviews on the colors in the online picture. It has various shades of olive green, cream, and a warm caramel/coral color. I actually like the colors better than the picture.

This is a beautiful rug for our entry way. The colors are more olive and tan, but goes great with our decor.

Pic Deceiving
Overall, the rug is very lovely and rich. However, the colors are not represented well at all on the O website. They appear to be more vibrant and bold in the picture, but in reality they are muted, dark and the background is a flat brown - not gold. Although I would not have purchased this if I saw it in a store, I will keep it and make the best of it!

REALLY beautiful rug. Exceptional quality. Gold with hightlghts of sage and chocolate brown. I would highly recommend this area rug. Very happy with this and every Overstock purchase.
